If you no longer wish to use the Reyade platform and want to delete your account, follow these simple steps:
1. Open the Reyade Application: Launch the Reyade application on your device.
2. Access Your Account Page: Tap on the user icon, located as the first option from the left side of the screen. This will take you to your account page.
3. Navigate to Edit Profile: Within the account page, locate and select the "Edit Profile" option. This will allow you to make changes to your account settings.
4. Scroll Down: Scroll down through the edit profile page until you reach the bottom.
5. Confirm Account Deletion: At the bottom of the page, you will find a question asking, "Do you want to delete your account?" Answer this question by selecting "Yes."
6. Account Deletion Confirmation Popup: After confirming your decision, a popup message will appear, providing details about the account deletion process. Read the message carefully and confirm your intention to delete your account. Please note that this will initiate a 30-day countdown before your account is permanently deleted.
7. Apply Changes: To finalize the account deletion process, click on the "Update Profile" button. This will apply the changes and initiate the 30-day countdown.
Important Notes:
- Account Deletion Consequences: Deleting your account will remove all associated data and personal information from the Reyade platform. However, for transactional, historical, and auditing purposes, relevant data will be archived.
- Inaccessible Data: Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to any previous data, even if you register again using the same email address.
- Retention of Blocked Accounts: For security purposes, the email addresses and phone numbers associated with blocked accounts will be saved to prevent potential attacks.
